There is an incredibly packed list of party nights happening at London’s Big Chill House in Kings Cross this Easter weekend and the fun starts as soon as your workplace closes on Thursday night. The Big Chill will be bang on it until the early hours of Monday morning!

Hot Blood kicks off the long weekend on Thursday April 1st.

Hot Blood are Jools Butterfield and Adrian Fillary. Having co-founded Lovebox as a club night in 2002, Butterfield and Fillary have regularly been playing as the Lovebox All-Stars, flying the flag for the festival’s dance roots. Bringing a real summer vibe to the House, Hot Blood are placing the decks in the very capable hands of festival favourites The Nextmen. Not only that but the incredible Padded Cell are doing a live show & a DJ set!! As if you didn’t think that line up was big enough, the New Young Pony Club (with a new album out now) will be spinning the wheels of steel.

A new type of party takes place on Friday April 2nd, its the Blog Party.

DJ Tag-Team featuring DJs from Slutty Fringe, Thisaintnodisco, Nobody Cares about Kitsune, Feel My Bicep, Oh Death, New Music Blog, Dazed Digital, The Beat, It’s All About, You Can Call Me Pelski + much more!

Some of the best blogs on the net will be teaming up to bring you what’s hot in new music, everything from dubstep, electro, tropical, disco and more. Featuring Slutty Fringe, Thisaintnodisco, Nobody Cares about Kitsune, Feel My Bicep, Oh Death, New Music Blog, Dazed Digital, The Beat, It’s All About, You Can Call Me Pelski and many, many more top blogs!

Un Bongo are putting on another totally tropical bass tasting bonanza on the Saturday, taking you through Africa, across to the Caribbean, up South America – then back to the UK for our own home-grown zest! Headlining is Baobinga (Trouble & Bass, Mad Decent). Also joining the Bristol based DJ is Shortstuff, Mully & Jadon (Un Bongo), Deamonds, DJ Rum.

If you still want more after a weekend of raving, The Big Chill presents two great events with Forbidden Planet and Wifey on Sunday April 4th.

First up Forbidden Planet from 5pm -10pm. FP will kick off the party with Nottingham producer Lone performing a live set blending electronica, hip hop and house. Keaver and Brause will also be there as well as a bit of dub from Tapes & Rekordah.

Wifey DJs will finish the eventful weekend, partying into the early hours 10pm – 4am, with a very special line up. Hotly tipped Falty DL is flying over from New York to play his own brand of garage funk. Joining him for this party is Untold who is bringing UK bass music in to the new decade & XXXY.
